Because of this, I try to do super easy up-dos...aka ponytails... most of the time. (Hopefully I make a cute pony!) Right now I'm addicted to chopstick buns! Easy to do and you're assured that there'll always be supplies on hand.

(This doesn't really do it justice... It's actually bigger than that, haha!) It's perfect for people like me with long, fine hair. Does anyone else have this problem? What are your hair secrets?

I posted about this here. I loved it while it lasted... and now it's entirely gone. It was just so BRIGHT! I find dyed hair is a conversation piece, which is really fun. I also had purple streaks for a while, and I'm thinking of getting some pink. Have you ever dyed your hair crazy colours?

DeleteI just bought some of those rhinestones that screw into your hair. So pretty at night in a restaurant. I have two heads of hair so I've never had a problem with doing a lot of things with it. Except for trying to make a french braid all by myself.

DeleteOH I LOVE the blue!!! It looks great. I'm in the same boat with ya dear. My hair is so thin and this weird dark gray color if I don't highlight it. I love the bun look on you!

DeleteI just dip-dyed my hair hot pink and I love it! The best thing about dip dye is that you don't have to spend a lot of money maintaining it, and if you don't like it you can cut off the ends!

DeleteFirst of all, I don't think there is anything wrong with your hair! It looks great. I started doing the 'chopstick buns, too', especially once it got hot here, they are really good, and once you get them right, they hold really tight, however, your hair cannot be beneath a certain length. Great post!

DeleteLovely locks :o) Our girls loved to wear their hair in different hairdos when they were little...and one of the favorites was the "bun-sack" ...AKA "snood".
ReplyDeleteI have never dyed my hair...and now I have lots of white growing in...so I'm kinda waiting to see if the white will give me some kind of a "streaked" look...
